  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Bali and nearby islands only.
  • Carriers: We use various shipping carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) depending on your location, order and availability.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based destination of your order.

7-Day Return Window

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet) or via exchange for a different size/color, subject to availability.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tops, leggings, and swimwear. These items are final sale.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged.
